The Accompanying Person program includes the welcome reception, the conference excursion and the conference banquet.

Student registration is available for Undergraduate, Graduate and Ph.D. Students ONLY. Students must submit proof of their status, by sending a presentation letter from their Institution.

Please note that RON is the currency in Romania. Payment in RON is intended for local participants.

Cancellation Policy

Any change/cancellation must be announced to e-mail address: ecaart14@nipne.ro
Participants cancelling before June 15th, 2022 will receive a refund minus a administration fee (between 5-50€ depend on the participant country).
No refunds can be made for cancellations after June 15th, 2022.

Insurance and Liability

The registration fee does not include personal insurance. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements regarding travel insurance and medical assistance during the conference. The Conference Secretariat, Organizing Committees and Organizing Institutions are not able to take any responsibility, whatsoever, for injury and damage to person or properties during the meeting.
Participants are required to comply with the rules and regulations governing the applicable venue and/or accommodation. The delegates are recommended to insure any property brought onto, or left, at the venue and/or the accommodation as any such property is brought onto, or left, at the venue at their own risk. In the event that the ECAART14 conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the Conference Organizers or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the Conference Organizers, the Conference Organizers cannot be held liable by attendees for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, or any other indirect losses or consequential damages.

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you can substitute a colleague from your organization to take place at any time right up until the last bussines day before ECAART14 starts. However, you must contact us to update attendee information. We cannot process substitutions at the event Registration Desk.
